IATF 16949

Certiquality conducts compliance audits to the IATF 16949 standard. The findings are submitted to the CISQ AUTOMOTIVE, a Consortium of Certification Bodies recognised by IATF (the International Automotive Task Force) for this certification activity.

CISQ AUTOMOTIVE issues IATF 16949:2016 certification after verifying the conformity of the certification process against the results of audits carried out by Certiquality.

CONTEXT

In order toachieve ever-higher levels of quality, major automotive manufacturers have continually worked to define specific management standards that could be integrated with the ISO 9000 series of standards. The standards for the automotive sector were initially developed with the definition of the QS 9000, AVSQ-94 and VDA 6.1 schemes, which eventually led to the unification of all the different standards issued in different countries in IATF 16949.
